Eligibility & How to Apply
All civilians, including DoD employees and retired Military, are eligible to live at The Parks at Monterey Bay. When you’re ready, here’s how to get started:
Download and complete the Civilian Application Form by clicking the button below. There is a $12.73 application fee that is required before we process your application. Pet Information required as well.
Be prepared to submit proof of one month's income and a copy of your government-issued photo ID with the application.
Email the completed application to The Parks at Monterey Bay leasing team at parksatmontereybay@tmo.com.
We will then process your information and reach out to schedule a tour. You will need to provide proof of payment-in-full for any utilities in collections and pass a credit and security background check.
As soon as the application is approved, you will be placed on our waitlist or assigned one of our available homes.
